The Sales Analyst, Planning Systems, supports the success of the WN Pharmaceuticals sales organization by maintaining our sales planning systems, data, processes, and standardized reporting. This experienced analyst will be the primary connection for both IT and sales teams and will possess the advanced financial analytical capabilities required to inform decision making and identify growth opportunities.

 

In this role you will:

  • Lead and support the annual sales plans process, measuring and reporting monthly on progress
  • Be responsible for development and delivery of high quality, accurate reporting, and tracking business key performance indicators
  • Analyze and interpret financial metrics including revenue, contribution, trade investment and price elasticity across segments, customers, and channels to assist in management oversight and decision making
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to identify growth opportunities for the overall business, and to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of brand- and customer-specific investments
  • Oversee the integrity of the sales systems, ensuring accurate master data and quickly identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Manage the sales systems training programs and materials

You Have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a consumer packaged goods organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in business preferred
  • Excellent understanding of trade sales and spend management, reporting, forecasting and systems
  • Retail sales account management an asset, Industry experience in consumer health categories an asset
  • Proven interpersonal, analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong capability with Nielsen Market Track, retailer analytic portal systems, and Microsoft Excel and Office suite
  • Proficient in enterprise resource planning, and revenue growth or trade promotion management software
