To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking a highly motivated, hands on, and safety-oriented Loader Operator, to join our team. This position will be responsible for operating a loader in a production plant setting. All applicants must have their own CSA approved steel toe work boots.
 

We are hiring for two (2) shifts:

  • Monday to Thursday from 7:00 pm to 6:30 am - $20.00 per hour plus an additional $1.25 per hour shift premium
  • Friday to Sunday from 7:00 pm to 6:30 am - $20.00 per hour plus an additional $5.00 per hour shift premium 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
  • Load and unload materials to or from other equipment to include:
    • Load production plant hoppers with feed stock
    • Load trucks with tires
    • Move tires into plant
    • Move product into cells
  • Move materials/product over short distances around plant
  • Understand product/material information
  • Clean and service equipment as scheduled or required
  • Other assigned work as required

Education and Experience

  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Production setting

  • Loader Operator Certification is preferred

  • On the job training, to include different materials, areas and customer service, will be provided
